do miss the feel of a true manual, but keeping the Mercedes transmission in manual shift mode almost makes up for it. The one benefit I will say the automatic has over the manual is at WOT. The upshift is one of the fastest I have ever experienced. Oh, and you can downshift engine-brake too on the Mercedes transmission, so it's not that bad.
