All the facts in the post said go buy this car. But the post was hesitant.

I went to the site and saw cars with and without warranties.
As-is means no warranty to me.
The original poster raised some issues about the dealer.
I think this experienced dealer is well aware of what he writes in his ads.
I would get the warranty in writing.
