Here's a pdf of my fuel usage from new to 20,000 miles (not updated it yet with the last 12,000), on my 2004 6 speed coupe. The notes aren't completed yet either but it includes mixed daily driving to work and business trips, 6 trackdays, a run to Germany, weekend test runs and other activities which skew the results, and like brhertel, all my down changes are accompanied by the appropriate throttle blip. Also note that my MPG is based on Imp galls not US galls. I will update it all properly when I get chance.
