I've driven my Limited roadster as my "only" ride through two Chicago winters using the Continental tires. They are just okay in the snow. I think they are great on dry/wet pavement. I don't have a comparison for the summer tires but I find no handling problems or the tires not gripping on the road. I do not drive the car on the track where I might need extra adhesion.

In other words take the Continentals if you plan on driving in all weather. Good luck with your new ride.
