It's not hard to beat the EPA figures on most cars. I measure mine by filling up and measuring how many miles until I fill up again and divide it by how many gallons it takes to refill it. I'm sure everyone does it the same way but I'm just saying I'm pretty sure I'm figuring mine right and I get 29-31 mpg out of mine. BTW I drive pretty conservatively most of the time, but I do like to get on it a little sometimes.
I'm sure its possible to get XX mpg, but EPA numbers were recently lowered because of avg person was getting no where near it.

Maybe its just me.
