Default Big Block Mopar

I'm in between washing the wife's XF and wrenching on my '67 Belvedere. I got a '71 400 block which is a heavy web casting the made for 10 months. Put in a '69 440 forged crank and Keith Black pistons for a total of 451 cubic inches. Rods are forged H beams rated at 900 hp. I ported and polished the '78 452 heads and put in Manley stainless 2.14"/1.81" valves with manley springs. The cam is a Comp Extreme Energy High Lift rated at 231*/237* @ .050" with .525 lift. I am currently using a 1957 2x4 bbl intake with Edlebrock 600's, but would make more HP with a single 4 bbl. I have repopped Max Wedge exhaust manifolds on it now along with a Hemi oil pump and pan... The 727 trans has been upgraded with A & A parts and a 2800 stall Dynamic converter. This weekend I replaced the rear brakes and will be putting frame connectors next weekend.

If it is nice, I'm driving the XF!!!
Joe
