I received my CD today. It was well worth the money. It is very well done and informative. I wonder if any sales people have ever viewed it. I also wonder if the heated washer fluid nozzles that she talks about in the video would make any difference. I have only used the washers one time and that was on the day that I bought it in St Louis and drove it back to South-Central KY in a very hard rain through construction on muddy roads surrounded by 18 wheelers. Oh for the days when it rained.

Thank you Marc for this wonderful service that you provided to the Crossfire community. I was very surprised that you took a picture of my Crossfire to use on the label.
