Well you figure entry fee of $110. Lodging will cost at least $200 even when you split a room because you are there for several days. Gas will cost in the couple hundred dollar range because it is over 1,000 miles each way. A new pair of rear tires would cost over $600. I have a brand new pair of fronts that I could use at Nationals because I have a good set of fronts that should last me until then. I will need new rears though because my rears now are almost toast and the new rears I have will likely have many runs on them by then. So you are looking at close to $1,000 and that doesn't include food or unexpected expenses which always needs to be budgeted in.
