My guess is that the dealer reset your throttle calibration and it switched from Granny mode to aggressive mode. Do a search on this forum for the procedure. It literally takes two minutes to do.

Is this what your talking about? Edit: it seems like something only a technician can do at a dealership, and nobody really knows what it is, correct?
