My first stage involves modifying the fuel system and fuel rails. We are looking at possibly using the stock rails and fabbing something off of that, or if not just making entirely new rails. Because the system is returnless, that also has to be dealt with. So all the hoses and mods to the tank will take place at that time as well.
Once that is finished we will install a standalone EMS to help with the tuning. We're looking at AEM or Greddy.
The total cost for the preliminary work looks like $3,500 - $4,500 depending on what has to be modified.
If you don't mind me saying so that sound like a hell of a lot of money just to fab up some rails (which i don't believe you will need to do anyway), run some lines and adding an ECU. Or does that price include hours of dyno time?
