For me the tool works real well. My fingers are not that small to hook in hole & pull. My car didn't come with one either, but I knew it should have been packed in the glove box, so when I mentioned it to the dealership they ordered it in right on the spot thru their parts dept. The part # is 1-05140795AA.

This should be at no cost to you since it is part of the customer shpg. pkg. from Germany, or should have been.
