I'm pretty sure it still does it with more go pedal application; however, it happens so quickly, it is barely noticeable. Actually, when accelerating quickly, I don't even notice it unless I am looking for it. Accelerating slowly however, is a different story. Very noticeable and yes, I hear a little chirp when the windows are down.
