Yes in this case it does pay to be old and have a good FICO score (800+ the Wife 800+), 3 cars, 2 homes all covered under Allstate and I pay $3,200 a year for everything. I have had only 1 speeding ticket (or should I say I have only been caught once) in 30+ years of driving and only 1 insurance claim.
