Re: Inventory Reduction cars!
Go onto Autotrader.com - search for Crossfire SRT any distance (nationwide) and about 110 of the 'new' ones will come up. With warranty in-service dates of march 2007 Chrysler insists that they are sold as 'used' cars even though they have not been titled and usually have under 100 miles on them.
Some dealers are clinging onto prices around $27k (or more) but the ones that actually SELL go between $24k and $26k max. I just bought one from a dealer here in CA for $24k (with NAV) but had offers on two accepted in Illinois for $23,500 (the lowest-priced ones I could find from dealers).
With dealers buying them at auction for $21k they probably won't drop much below $23k at the dealer's lot - unless Chrysler still has a ton more of them of course - there are more cars than buyers for sure and this is going to be a real problem soon.
