That's total B/S. Have them contact Chrysler on the Star line and get the information about. If you can hear axle noise, it
needs to be fixed. It will only get worse over time. My '04 Crossfire and my '06 Jeep Liberty have both had their rear ends
replaced because of the rear end whine.

You need to stand up to those idiots or find a different dealer. Good luck and keep us posted...
