I am real sorry to hear about the trouble you've been through. I can't resolve this issue personally, it's just not my department, however, I am seeing that this gets forwarded to the right people who will hopefully be able to offer you more assistance than you've already received (or haven't received in your case).

I can only imagine how upset you are and I am sure that what I am saying now probably means nothing to you until you see that spoiler adjusting at 63 mph and your lights/stereo back to normal, but please understand that I am doing the best I can on my end to get this to someone who can help you.
