If I am not mistaken there should be an oil dip stick, it should be located on the left side of the car right in front of the engine cover...it has a red handle. Check your owners manual to make sure, but ALL (again...to my knowledge) cars have an oil dip stick, your dealer(s) might be a "DipStick" and just doesn't know or just doesn't want to be bothered.
