Chrysler diferrentiates between recall types.
Some are for safety reasons:
Safety Recall blah blah blah

Others are to increase customer satisfaction:
"Cusrtomer Satisfaction notification"

IE- Your radiator hose rubbing on the radiator shroud in time may cause a leak... It will however, not cause your brakes to fail and for you to not avoid Bambi standing in the road.. SQUISH!
