spotted 1 tonight on the M25 SSB travelling anticlockwise @ about 7pm Jcn 25-24

I did make it clear that Mark and Myself are the only ones allowed on the M25, Mark has the early morning and late afternoon and i have both rush hours.

If you must travel pls use the hours between 8pm and 6am,
