If you are "new to this", I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAVING THE WORK DONE BY A PROFESSIONAL!

The reason I say this is that turbo's require a VERY good supply of oil. With the heat they generate, and the speeds that they turn, a second without oil can be disastrous. Not to mention the possibility of turning your engine into a hand grenade if everything is not done properly.

I'm a certified ASE master and I'd still be hesitant to do this myself. Too many things to go wrong!
