The build number is represented by the last 6 digits of the vin # if I am not mistaken. As far as modifications I highly recommend "Rotex Gold brake pads".
They produce no brake dust as the ones from the factory do. They are available at www.brakeworld.com
I also installed dual K&N air filters in mine.
