The fan TSB was done to my car. Prior to that the temp would run just above the halfway mark. Now the temp is mostly just below unless it's really hot out.

There is a website that lists any outstanding TSBs applicable to your car but I don't remember where it can be found. Chrysler.com has something like that for recalls and that may be what I'm thinking of though it doesn't specifically state anything about TSBs. Maybe another member has further information?
I wouldn't say that having the temp. run just above the half mark is over heating in any way. Most of my vehicles run just about there. Now, if it kept rising to 3/4 or into the red, than there would definitely be a problem.
