Sidez,

Your comment "...I do not like that on the engine plaque it says Osnabruck, Germany when AMG is actually Affalterbach, Germany and Osnabruck has nothing to do with the engine..." brings up a good point. My mention of Osnabruck comes after line about Karmann who does final assembly of the vehicle.

Should the Karmann reference be dropped and Affalterbach replace it? What do the forum members think, especially those who have placed an order?

If I did change the plate would any owners of the old one want a new plate?

Please let me know ASAP. I will incur a new setup charge, but want to make sure you all get what you want.

PS. The reason Karmann is on the plate, is that they seem to be the only company actually proud of this car. Daimler and AMG practically disowned it and Chrysler...well do I have to explain that?
