You already have cold air intake. Add K&Ns if you want to make it breath better. For a chip I've got the Upsolute chip remap and it's working great ( www.upsolute.com). Let me know if you're interested and I'll give you all the particulars. Or do a search in this area for "Upsolute". There are several threads. As for exhaust, I think Borla will have a system out very soon, if it's not out already.
