:roll: We actually took our car in for this problem a couple of months ago. I printed all the posts about it and gave it to the service writer. They were changing our radio out at the same time. Long story short - they had the car 2 hours (while we sat there waiting). They did change the radio and told us the rattle was gone. Of course, it wasn't. We finally, last week, got the right "star" tool and fixed it. Sure don't miss that rattle!! So much for our 5 Star Dealer knowing how to fix something so simple. As someone else said on a different thread ..... I'm scared to death to take CEE BEE in for her first oil change :shock:
