When I got my SRT-4, it was a similar situation, and I know the car wasn't messed with at all. I had ordered and tracked the build status daily. When it shipped, my friend's father who works for Allied tracked it and unloaded it from the train. When I first got there was a 1.5 discrepancy.

I had attributed it to testing of the cluster. Although it could be if they took it off the line, and reset it in the factory, who knows, I wouldn't worry about it.
