Correction - warranty work is not the issue. Warranty work at a Chrysler dealership is. The problem Chrysler dealerships have is that the Crossfire is mechanically a Mercedes so the Chrysler techs don't know anything about it. The number one complaint on the Crossfire doesn't concern the car itself but rather the lack of expertise in getting the car repaired. Hopefully your dealer has a Crossfire trained tech available. And if not, well your post makes it clear that your dealer will work with you so things don't look to bleak for Naughty Mary.
