You probably already figured this out... But for the benefit of those who haven't...
Get one of those small round convex hot spot mirror from a place like Autozone or Walmart. That should solve the problem on the driver side. The side mirror on the passenger side is already convex so it should do the trick as is.
If you set the side mirrors correctly the blind spots can be minimized. And adding the little convex mirror should take care of that last annoying blind spot. (Although now I am use to it and don't think I really need the little round mirror anymore).

When I followed these directions I never have a blind spot. But it does take getting use to if you are in the habit of peeking over your left shoulder before changing lanes or merging.
