As for being accurate, yes they are, more accurate than dynos.
The one I bought for $255 was off E-Bay, the guy is an
AUTHORIZED DEALER with a 99.6 feed back rating and has a full warranty. The one that I was looking at this morning for $169 was not on E-Bay, for $50 I'll post the site for you,
