You can elaborate on what I'm about to propose...
Stick it to a piece of flat plastic (or metal).
To the plastic (or metal) attache chains (or tie wraps).
With these chains, attach it to the rear spoiler (or other item) in such a way that it can not be removed easily - i.e. a padlock to which you have the key.
Install and remove at your leisure.
