I decided to test my theory that the amp was getting hot inside the compartment. I flipped the panel down and left it on the floor during my drive to work. ten minutes into my drive with 65-degree temps outdoors and the A/C on, the amp checked out. (Coincidentally?) it happened when I hit 62 mph and the wing deployed. I wonder if there's a relationship? I know the speed controller is connected to the amp (why?) and the wing...

The dealer is supposed to be ordering me a new amp. Sure hope that's the problem...
