Should be. Check the Conti Tire warranty and your local Chrysler dealer.
I made my claim ASAP prior to putting 1K miles on the car and the dealer said they would handle the claim.
My Michelin warranty also states I can take the car to any authorized Michelin dealer.
Do it before you rack up miles and they claim "road hazard".
