You might want to double check the age of this thread. I guarantee you that when this thread was started, back in mid
2004, NOBODY was driving a 2007 Mustang GT!!! And if you're a Mustang fan then you know full well that the previous generation was nothing to fear - I've beaten several in my PT Cruiser Turbo. And yes, the Mustang drivers knew full well that we were racing - they paid the same entry fee, had the same guy paint a number on their windows, did a burnout right next to me, lined up at the same tree.
In a straight line I know full well that a 2007 Mustang GT will kick my butt, whether I'm in the Crossfire or PT Turbo. On a road course though, I'd be happy to show my tail lights to you. The Crossfire does not a rear suspension straight off an ox cart (thank you, Jeremy Clarkson!).
