I'm sure there may be others but I will definitely compare their price to my dealer before buying... as long as it's a genuine Chrysler warranty it shouldn't matter where you buy it.
I have heard of this as well. My source that said "NO" was Chrysler. I called them and they said that to get the Chrysler extended warranty on a used Chrysler it had to go through the dealers certification process as a "Chrysler Certified Pre-Owned vehicle." I am sure warranties are being offered that do not conform to this policy. I would hate to buy one that way only to find that another Chrysler dealer would not honor it.

To be perfectly honest you should not be asking us this question. We can only offer opinions. You should be asking Chrysler yourself.
