Do a search on this forum for SRT TSBs. The dealers won't usually perform a TSB, until the known problem occurs on your car.
Sometimes people mistake a clunky hatch for a problem. It's really an easy fix. Open the hatch, on either side you'll see a black plastic "foot" with an adjustment screw. Just lower the feet a little at a time until the rattling stops.
Some people have had issues with the SC clutch going out.
