I tried dryer sheets, mothballs, traps, etc, and it's a crapshoot, really. All they need to find is a nice cozy spot, full of insulation in which the repellent smell hasn't penetrated, and you have company.

I've been storing the old cars for many a winter and only had a mouse problem twice, so I'll keep up with the bounce and mothballs and take the gamble.
