I Can believe dealer answer . It was 5:00pm when I pick up the car so I think it safe to say that the guys with the tools wanted to go home.

The chip was bad, through the primer and into the steel. Dealer recommended not to respray.

The hood is not bent, at least from what I can see just out of adjustment.

I will call the dealer for another appointment for the adjustment I tell them "Just like any other hood in fact give me the wrenches i'll show you how it's done."

That usually gets a laugh and a bit of coroperatiion.
