I tried to find the code scanner you bought on Ebay. I found one that looks like yours but I think it says something different just below the screen. I would like to get one of these. Would you mind posting a link to the one you have if there is currently one on Ebay? Thank you.

My last car was an ML320 and the crank sensor was a common problem with them and will probably be a common problem for us as our cars get a little older. It is an easy fix and cost me about $80 for the sensor from my local Napa.
