Spitzers in Akron isn't a "certified" Crossfire dealer, because they have no Crossfire techs. They can't even sell you a brand new XF there. But they do have a couple of "program cars" on the lot.
I will say that they do have a very helpful parts department though. Their parts manager spent a 1/2 hour with me just trying to find a certain part in the book. As it turned out, the $1.00 part I wanted, only came attached to $120 part that I didn't.
I purchased an oil filter from Fred Martin on Barber Rd. just off Rt. 224 last week, and the parts guy there was telling me they had a good Crossfire tech. But then, I doubt if he would tell me otherwise. That dealer does seem to sell quite a few Crossfires. But just 2 months ago their new car manager told me that Chrysler wasn't making any 2007 Crossfires either.

Rplagens, like you. I too purchased my car a long way from where I live (9 hours actually) and that was 2.5 years ago and I have yet to take it to any dealer for service (I do my own oil changes).
I'm thinking about taking my car to Klaben in Stow, because I heard that they had a good Viper tech, so maybe they feel it's important to have a well trained Crossfire tech as well.
