I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think they even changed the oil on my car. I re-did it when I got home. They 'certified' it so quick they forgot to change the windshield wipers, reset the FSS (wrench), etc. I found out quickly that they didn't change the wipers as it was raining on my trek back to the hotel in Dallas. Good thing they didn't scratch the window!

To finally get a price on the 'certification', I had to call their service department and ask a service writer what they charge themselves - how lame is that? The service manager knew the cost, but the salesman didn't...lol.

It is quite evident that most Chrysler employees do not want to mess with these cars, at all. Even most of the salesman. Ignorance is Bliss I suppose.
