InMotion offers the same thing. They quoted a full custom ECU tune for the SRT-6 at $500 which included a new socket and chip, giving you your old chip back (still with stock parameters) or $400 without a new chip (flashing the existing one).
They were willing to tweak the parameters several times at that price (but you have to send them the ECU or just the chip if you get the socket modification) as every area of the country has different fuel stocks, altitudes etc..
If you have a wide-band Fuel/Air gauge installed or software to record the ECU data - they claim that they can nail it on the first or second tune.
I am considering PowerChip as they are local and can provide a custom tune at their facility. Might be worth the extra $$ if I don't install a F/A gauge.
I imagine by now - all the tuners know/have the parameters so it's just a matter of reputation and volume. the bigger the volume - the better chance they have of being in business down the road if you need to be re-flashed for some reason.
