Same height with less rotating mass and unless you are planning on screwing with the fenders on the front of the car to fit bigger than a 245 you will be driving around understeer constantly. I have set my car up to work with the 295s and it is fast but I think it is faster on the smaller tires. I am not sure what you are looking for? If you are autocrossing in stock class than run 245/35/18s in the front and 265/35/19 in the rear or you could run the 235/35/19 which is ironically just as wide as the 265 but a bit shorter.
