This is the response I received from them...

This is a Ecu Upgrade,and you will need to send it in to us for the Programming.This upgrade is totally safe and will not void any Manufactures Warranty and is Reversible if you like.This upgrade removes your speed limiter and naturally aspirates your Engine.
