I should add that all tuners said they will raise your max RPM Limit (if you dare) and Max Speed limit to 200 MPH - they all said the speed limit can't be removed only raised to the maximum, and have the SC clutch engage 10% - 14% sooner depending on test runs.

None would guarantee passing SMOG. (might need 2 chips or ECU's after all).
