Not a chance they will go for that. They have this new scam at the courthouse. You can take traffic school and pay the fine and get on with your life, or else you argue your case in front of the judge, but if you lose all chances of getting traffic school are lost and you pay the fine and take it in the pants with your insurance. that's what you get if a cop says your doing 50 mph in a 35 mph zone. I guess radar detectors are a complete waste of money now, lol.
