Default Re: Windrestrictor noise

No need to start a religious debate on my account. If we all liked the same things and liked those things identically equipped, it would be a boring country and we'd have nothing to talk about.

Unrestricted wind is OK for me on weekends, less so for driving to work and on my lunch hour. (The xF is my daily drive and I don't have a causal look job). Unrestricted wind also causes annoyance for my wife - her hair can't be contained with a cap and a scrunci in the full wind storm so she does not enjoy driving with me as much.

I also have a windshield on my Harley. I admit I hate having to have one and would leave it off in a heart beat if it were practical to do so. But everytime I take it off, I get reintroduced to the billions of bugs per square mile the infest the rural countryside around my home. Mind you - a bug or three is part of the biker experience - no issue there. Enough bugs hitting you to lift you out of the seat or to impair your vision is not.

Enjoy your ride as I do mine.
