Anyone deferring from the minimum OEM octane level specifications is simply inviting trouble to their doorstep.

Folks... this is why car manufacturers make "Owner's Manuals"; when in doubt, read the manual. These manuals are provided for that reason (not just to take up space in your glove box)!
