Yeah, I know what you mean, what a bummer it would be to find out it is a scam just like the Chrysler Roadside assistance & Crossfire tire failures.
You could be right I might regret my choice when I find myself sitting on the side of the road with a flat but, in the meantime I feel it is better than nothing.
As for the cost although I did not need the full features of an auto club I bought the coverage for the " Tire & Wheel Protection". It would be difficult for them to hassle you about towing for a tire failure when you have " Tire & Wheel Protection" coverage.
