You said you had to do some cutting and welding. Can you explain what exactly was done? Aren't they just a "plastic" replacement for the standard rocker panel? I assume the mounting holes were in a different location, but did you have to alter the length?

Are they "taller" (lower) than the stock panel? It looks like you have less clearance now.
