Even that is tedious work since they have to make sure the lift platform doesn't "crush" the side skirts by placing carefully placing spacers in the appropriate points underneath the car.
The factory jack points have fasteners in the center. Take them out and have a shop fabricate some new 'feet' to be place in position with longer fasteners and the old rubber pads. this way your jack points are still in the same location, but they are just below or the same height as the side skirts.
